Temps have been up this week so the hoop house door has been open all day and night! Here are the recent harvests: Radicchio (of course), Arugula, Lettuces, Tatsoi, Maché, and Endive! The maché is new for me this year...it's pretty cool! Found this NPR post about Maché:
